Catch 22 - No Escape

After completing my RIT (Oracle Financials - Rapid Integration Toolkit) project at onsite (Orlando Florida), My team member Sudipta got released and went back to India. I was recommended to take up Nitin's position at onsite.

As Nitin is going back to India and getting married, I was asked to fit myself into that position till he comes back after marriage. I refreshed all my Engineering coding skills and appeared and cleared the Interview for Nitin's positon. Exactly after 10 days of serving in Nitin's position, things changed drastically. Client said, they are moving Nitin's position to offshore by this month end.

Along with that, all Oracla Apps position is moving to offshore. We struggled and explained why 100 % offshoring can't be achieved. But no one is bothered about that, except myself and my oracle apps team mates. All that bothers them is "budget". Everytime They say "No Money to Pay at Onsite". We are still in the verge of decision making by our BRM and Client management regarding the movement of all positions to offshore.

Hope things will happen as i perceive.
Need to wait for another couple of days.....
